Tahir SÖNMEZ graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1995. He has been working as a lawyer and consultant in Commercial and Investment Law for nearly 30 years. He spent approximately four years in various countries in the Middle East, primarily in Dubai. She is registered with the Istanbul 2st Bar Association (registration number 447). He speaks Arabic and English. He is married with two children.
Sherif SAMIR has over 25 years of international consulting experience in business development and strategic investments, having worked in the Gulf States, North Africa, and Türkiye. His areas of expertise include conducting feasibility studies and developing new projects, managing and resolving legal and administrative issues, opening new international commercial collaboration channels, and supporting financing, fundraising, and acquisition agreements. He is married with four children. He speaks advanced English, Arabic, and Turkish.
Attorney Özgü DOĞAN graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2016 and completed her master's degree in Health Law at Galatasaray University. She primarily focuses on corporate law and insurance law. She is registered with the Istanbul 1st Bar Association (registration number 60589). She speaks English. She is married with one child.
Esra ALBAYRAK graduated from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University in 2025. She primarily has an interest in the field of corporate law. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she completed internships at various law firms in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, and immigration law. She speaks advanced English.
Abdurrahim KÜÇÜK graduated from the University of Jordan Faculty of Law in 1992 and from the University of Istanbul Faculty of Law in 1996. Before beginning his legal career, he worked as a columnist, foreign correspondent, and export manager. He gained a broad perspective in global business and communications. He began his legal career in 1998 and continues his career as a lawyer, mediator, and certified Arabic linguist. He is the author of nine books: three poetry books, two novels, two research studies, and three essays.
Halil YAVUZ graduated from the Department of Computer Programming at Istanbul University's Faculty of Political Sciences. He holds certificates of competence as a computer programmer, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Independent Auditor issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) and the Capital Markets Board (CMB). He is also a sworn expert in Istanbul courts. He has actively served as a Chief Auditor in the auditing of tax and financial processes in numerous sectors, particularly joint-stock companies, holding companies, factoring companies, and financial leasing companies. He is married with two children. He speaks English and Arabic.
Güven KILAVUZ served with distinction in the Turkish Army for 25 years. A retired Senior Colonel, he specialized in logistics, movement, and transportation (Mov & Tpt) planning and operations. He commanded transportation units at the platoon and company levels for 13 years and held key headquarters positions. Most recently, he served as the ACOS (2020-2021) responsible for Civil Transportation Capability and System Development at the Turkish General Staff. He specializes in logistics, organization, supervision, and problem-solving, and is fluent in English. He is married with two children.
Sales and Marketing Specialist Ahmet Tahir ÖZTÜRK is a graduate of Marmara University, Department of Marketing and Advertising. Throughout his career, he has served as a manager in the sales and marketing departments of various companies across different industries. He has experience in developing sales strategies, market analysis, customer relationship management, and team coordination. With a goal-oriented approach, he contributes to the growth and success of the companies he works with. He is married and lives in Istanbul

Arif KAYA is a professional advertising executive. He has experience in commercial production, copywriting, video editing, photo design, and artificial intelligence applications. He has worked with coffee, pharmaceutical, and ice cream brands. He also has professional experience in e-sports and is currently pursuing gaming projects as a hobby. He speaks English and Arabic.
